Angelo Rosorani guest Sim Fly Festival

Angelo Rosorani è nato a 50 mt. dal fiume Esino ed ha iniziato a pescare all’età di 6 anni con la prima canna regalatagli dalla mamma. Da allora ha iniziato ad amare quel fiume così vicino a casa, così come la vita del pesce che, anche da ragazzo, catturava assieme ai suoi compagni, spesso anche con le mani per misurare la propria abilità. Nella piccola frazione di S.Elena, nei pressi di Serra S.Quirico (AN), dove abitava, d’estate il fiume rappresentava il principale luogo di aggregazione  per i ragazzi. Ha praticato un po’ tutte le tecniche di pesca prima di approdare alla pesca a mosca attraverso un percorso di autodidatta: ha iniziato a costruire i primi artificiali e con una tecnica di lancio di quel tempo, anche a catturare le prime trote e cavedani. E’ stato per oltre 30

anni un operaio dell’Enel, tornitore, e ancora oggi dopo essere andato in pensione svolge a casa propria lavori da giardiniere, contadino, muratore, falegname, fabbro, idraulico, elettricista, ecc. Insomma ha sempre fatto di necessità virtù.

Anche nel mondo della pesca non ha mai smentito questa sua peculiarità e piuttosto che limitarsi alla sola cattura dei pesci, ha speso molto tempo nel lavoro e nella ricerca rivolti alla costruzione delle mosche, all’approfondimento della tecnica di lancio e strategie di pesca, alla costruzione delle canne e di altri oggetti e utensili da pesca.

Da oltre 25 anni è una colonna portante del Mosca Club Vallesina e della SIM –Scuola Italiana di pesca a Mosca, associazioni alle quali è affiliato, dove svolge il ruolo di Istruttore di lancio e costruzione (attualmente è membro della Commissione Tecnica della SIM), rappresentandole anche nelle fiere e manifestazioni che si celebrano ogni anno in giro per l’Italia. Pur nel contesto di attività generalmente ludiche, egli esprime il meglio di sé attraverso l’impegno costante e l’acuta osservazione e con generosità inconsueta divulga ad amici e conoscenti i preziosi risultati che è solito conseguire. Angelo è conosciuto ed apprezzato principalmente per aver affrontato e risolto alcuni problemi atavici con i quali tutti i costruttori di mosche prima o dopo si confrontano.  E’ ormai noto in buona parte del mondo per il suo montaggio “Rosorani” che prevede la disposizione delle fibre delle hackles di gallo montate in asola a formare poi il collarino a parachute avvolto attorno a diversi materiali, prima un filato metallico ora fibre di coda di vitello o di opossum. Reputata da tutti una mosca indistruttibile e molto galleggiante.

Nell’anno 2015 ha vinto il prestigioso premio intitolato a Claudio D’Angelo, manifestazione interna al SIM FLY FESTIVAL

Angelo Rosorani was born at 50 mt. the Esino river and began to fish at the age of 6 years with the first cane given to him by his mother. Since then he began to love that river so close to home, as well as the life of the fish, even as a boy caught with his companions, often with their hands to measure their skills. In the small village of Santa Elena, near Serra San Quirico (AN), where he lived, in summer the river was the main gathering place for the boys. a bit ‘all fishing techniques he practiced before moving on fly fishing through a self-taught path: he began to build the first artificial and with a throwing technique of that time, even to catch the first trout and chub. It ‘been for over 30 years Enel (power company) worker, turner, and even today after retiring plays at home their jobs as a gardener, farmer, bricklayer, carpenter, locksmith, plumber, electrician, etc. In short, it has always made a virtue of necessity.

Even in the world of fishing has never denied this peculiarity and rather than be limited only to catch fish, has spent much time at work and in research aimed at the construction of the Flies, the deepening of throwing technique and fishing strategies, construction of the rods and other fishing items and utensils.

For over 25 years is a cornerstone of the Mosca Club Vallesina and SIM Italian school of fly fishing associations to which it is affiliated, where it plays the role of launch and construction Instructor (currently a member of the Technical Commission of the SIM) also representing them in exhibitions and events that are celebrated every year around Italy. Albeit in the context of generally fun activities, he expresses the best of itself through its continuous commitment and keen observation and unusual generosity divulge to friends and acquaintances the valuable results which is usually achieved. Angelo is known and appreciated mainly for having faced and solved some atavistic problems with which all manufacturers of flies before or after comparing. And ‘now it is known in much of the world with mounting system named “Rosorani” that provides for the disposition of the cock’s hackles fibers mounted in a buttonhole then form the collar to parachute wrapped around different materials, a first metallic yarn now tail fibers veal or opossum. Reputed by all fly an indestructible and very buoyant.
